Rosalie Gourmet Market has been a Paddington institution since 1997, a family-run boutique food hall that locals and chefs alike often call Brisbane's best deli. The shelves and counters are packed with gourmet groceries, deli and charcuterie, cheeses and ingredients sourced from around the world, supported by fresh local produce.
An in-house kitchen, bakery and patisserie turn out freshly baked cakes and slices and a large catering offering, and there is online grocery ordering for regulars. Fresh flowers and a daily-trading kitchen round out the food-hall feel.
Rosalie is a gourmet food hall and deli rather than a butcher, but it is a strong stop for charcuterie, cheese and quality groceries, with a well-regarded kitchen and catering. The kitchen trades daily except Christmas and Boxing Day.
